The hotel is new, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yasmeen from the front desk. Mirna from guest relations. Mohammed Rajab housekeeping supervisor. Yousef and Tamer from the restaurant Breakfast restaurant is very good with view on Nile river Rooms are specious. Very good quality of bedding and towels.

Nice modern place with good facilities. Room was spacious. Pool area is great and they good gym. Fantastic dinner at the Dayma restaurant. Probably one if the best Lebanese restaurants in Cairo. Thank you Isaac ( Ishak) for super caring service. Reception is friendly, thank you Basil for a great welcome and help. Btw this place has great breakfast.

It is new and clean. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Hussain and Bassent in the Lobby. Yasmine, Yousef and Reham in the reception, and all the staff were so welcoming, smiling and very polite.

I like the staff , pool and it’s excellent for Family. The save garden was so helpful and nice with kids ( Captain Ali)
